Lymph gland or any glands of the body can en larged if you have an infection, or going through the menopause or your monthly menstrual cycle

Lie down on a firm surface, if possible feel each breast with the opposite hand.
Tissues in the Breast
Press gently on the breast, then move the fingers across in a circle, keep this motion until all the breast has been examined. Make sure every part is examined beneath,and above, and under the armpit.
Small Lump inside the Breast
Be on the look out for a small hard lump that will not move easily.
